Mr. Jonathan Booth

Welcome to Dauphin Junior High! 

My name is Jonathan Booth and I am the principal of Dauphin Junior High School. I am truly honored to serve the Enterprise community and help create an environment where our students excel academically, socially, and personally. I am blessed with a wonderful family—my wife, Alesha, and our three children: Lainey, Lillian, and Graham. My journey in education spans over 20 years, beginning with my graduation from Chipley High School in Chipley, Florida. I earned my AA degree in Science Education from Chipola College before completing a Bachelor's in Middle Grades Science Education at Florida State University. After 17 years teaching middle grades science in Cottonwood, Alabama, and Chipley,Florida, and Enterprise, I entered educational leadership, obtaining my Master’s and administrative certification from Florida State University. Also, I’m proud to have served as Dauphin’s assistant principal for the past three years.

As principal, I look forward to working collaboratively with our dedicated staff, engaged parents, and remarkable students to make this year extraordinary in both achievement and community spirit.
