Mrs. Heather Stanford

Hello!! My name is Heather Stanford and I am excited about teaching 7th and 8th grade English at Dauphin Junior High School. I am married to Eric Stanford and we have two beautiful children, Connor and Hadley. My son is currently attending Troy University and my daughter is a tenth grader at EHS, where she also cheers. I also have three dogs; Poppy, Copper, and Cam. When I am not teaching, I love to read, travel, and spend time with my family. I look forward to getting to know all of you and your children this school year. 

I began my teaching career at Holly Hill in 2006. I taught 6th grade from 2006-2012. I then transferred to Rucker Boulevard where I taught 5th and 6th grade for the past nine years. I am excited about teaching at the secondary level. Go Fins!!
